Good accessibility means as many people as possible can view your site. By not making it accessible you're preventing a certain set of users from using it.
If your site is accessible you will move up the search engine rankings. This is because the search engine can interpret the site correctly and understand what it's about.
In several countries including the UK and America inaccessible code is illegal. There are numerous laws in place, which, if broken, could result in a hefty fine. If one user complains about your site you could have to pay thousands.
Cost effective: Good accessible sites separate the content from the presentation, this means it is much cheaper to update or change the look of the website.
More customers: The more people that can view your site the more potential customers you have. This means an increase in sales and profit margins.
Reflects well on your business: The last thing you want to do is antagonices potential customers so it makes sense to demonstrate some social responsibility and make your site accessible.
